Printer shows strange texts and cannot scan files. Help!!?

I have HP OFFICEJET J5750 ALL-IN-ONE printer.
It can’t scan any document or file. What's worse, the small screen does not show English. Instead, it shows strange text, which is very annoying.
Any one please help me fix the printer?

Remove any of the printer's software and download the software drives from here.
Select fhe right version of the windows operatiing system
Unplug the printer. Look in the on the web manual for info on
setting back to default settings.

What version of Windows and what kind of problem!
RESET TO DEFAULT SETTINGS .
