How to change screen back to normal in vista home premium, if everything is upside down?

every thing is upside down including mouse, background everything. It is like that i am using the computer by putting the monitor up side down!

i had this problem once
it's really easy
sometimes your screen has buttons that grant reversing its axis which makes it upside down so all you’ve to do is check for buttons that does that and correct your problem
if that doesn't work contact ur manufacturer they’ll help you
