Answer:
Sure, it's just like you can hook a Sony DVD player to a Toshiba TV. There is only one thing to check. Most monitors and personal connect together with a standard VGA connector. This is a D-shaped connector with 15 pins. So for most people any monitor connects with any Personal computer.
Many new Personal computers use a rectangular Digital connector on the video card. That means a standard VGA monitor can’t be connected to this card. When you purchase your new personal, you should verify that the video card has a regular VGA output connector.
Answer:
Yes. It shouldn't matter what brand your monitor and Personal computer are. Make sure the monitor can take the output of your PC though. Eg. VGA for VGA (blue plug cable), DVI for DVI (white plug cable).
You only need to worry about compatibility when it comes to internal hardware of a Computer, and even then brands are usually not an absolute determining factor.
Answer:
Yes, it should work. Most monitors are made to accept any personal you throw at it. However, if it's like a pc from 1980 it might not work.
Answer:
Sure, a monitor is a monitor….you can even use many newer Televisions
Answer:
