Where is my builted in webcam at on my toshiba laptop let me know where it is at?

someone told me that my toshiba laptop has a builted in webcam in it where is it at on here so that i can use it

on the screen, look at the top (plastic case) and look for what seems like a little round glass thing. That's it!
