depends on what you are looking for. If you just want it for the internet, email & stuff, Walmart has one for $399 right now. I just purchased 1 for my kids to play on. Its 2G, 120 whatever. It's fine for what they want to do with it.
edit–its a toshiba. I've had bad luck with those in the past, so I spent $50 extra and bought the extended warranty.
