are out of date. I’ve a windows vista basic. How do I update them?

well if your laptop came with MS Vista you wont be able to download drivers from manufacturers web page(in this case ATI) , you'll have to go to laptops manufacturers site(dell , acer , hp , sony and etc.) and download drivers for your system(check for new driver available for other components of machine : display , networking , bios , optical driver firmware) , there can be quite a few updates ready for your machine( update makes pc run superior ) .

DRIVERS you mean? Go to the hardware's website and download new ones
