Can I add Bluetooth ability to my Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop?

I have an Express card slot and was wondering if there’s a card to add Bluetooth ability ?
Also if there’s I was wondering if I can access the Internet via my Verizon phone. I’ve Internet access on it.
