Will the nVidia e-Geforce 8400 GS 256MB DDR2 Video Card work with only 250 watts of power?

I know that it states on the website for evga that it needs 350 watts, but does anybody know if it will work or not, or should I stay with the 7300GS? Yes I will have Vista so Directx 10 is something I might want. I really dont want to buy a new power supply, so Im just hoping it will still work.
