would I’ve to get a new power supply if my personal power is 250 watts?

Thanks!!!

Answer:
I think you should get a new Power Supply Unit, this card looks somewhat needy in power, though you could try with your actual one before, see if everything goes well. If something fails, then you should get a new PSU.

Diamond states, on its website:

“Power Supply : 450 Watt or greater power supply”

You should also double check to make sure you can run that card. Most personal that have PCIe slots don't come with 250W PSUs. Sounds like you’ve an older PC, and need an AGP/PCI video card.
