How do i restore my computer?

i cant find the disks that i have to use to restore my personal is there ANY OTHER way i can restore becuase my computer is so slow and it just needs a fresh start. help

You should also try a good registry cleaning program.
Many of the startup issues and slow down could be the result of Spyware.

you’ve to have the restore cd's or an operating system cd like a windows xp cd. If you don't have it. try ubuntu linux before you purchase XP or a new computer.. I’m usung it right now. it is a free operating system www.ubuntu.com

Go to run, type msconfig, then go to the startup tab, then uncheck all the programs you know you don't use. That way your PC has less to load when it boots up and therefore runs faster. Also, set your wall paper to none.
